Pecos Construction was the a general services subcontractor for this project for the University of Texas at Tyler Health Science Center. The interior scope of work included general daily clean up, construction of all the equipment pads, installation and maintenance of the temporary windows and doors, installation of the architectural louvers, installation of all wood blocking, and finish floor protection.
