Pecos Construction managed and self-performed the turnkey concrete scope of work for this project consisting of a 4 level 347,485sf parking garage. The project scope included installation of 215 drilled piers, cast-in-place grade beams, 516 cast-in-place columns, and 4 levels of post tension slabs (1 above grade and 3 below grade) as well as 58,431sf of poured in place perimeter concrete walls.
