Pecos Construction was hired as the turnkey concrete subcontractor to build a 3 level, cast-in-place concrete parking garage. The garage is a slab on grade with cast in place columns and decks. The deck is post tensioned and is tied into pre-cast walls that are installed around the perimeter of the garage.
