The American Airlines Tech Ops Renovation consists of two phases of work in a 3-story office building in which both Phases were under construction simultaneously.
Phase I MEP upgrades: complete duct work and air handling unit replacement . Ducts were vertical in wall which involved extensive demo for accessibility.
Phase II Building Renovation: completely new upgrades to all interior area including state of the art conference rooms and training rooms equipped with monitors and cameras for live conferences and training.
