Pecos was the turnkey concrete subcontractor hired to build a 10 story cast-in-place structure. Each level was 5000SF in area and the footprint was very tight so there was no lay down area. The 10th level has a cast-in-place swimming pool that cantilevers the building by 12ft. The portion of the cantilevered pool was placed using white concrete. Each level was built in approx 10 days due to the fast track of the project. This structure was built between two existing buildings so a lot of coordination with drawings and actual conditions was very important.
