The SRO Interior Renovation project consists of ten phases of work that will take place in a 24-hour occupied building over a two year duration. The building will receive completely new infrastructure for electrical, data and lighting control systems. Each quadrant of the building will receive a new coffee hub and all new furniture and finishes.
State of the art conference rooms and training rooms will be equipped with monitors and cameras for live conferences and training. The entire sanitary sewer system will be replaced and the existing bathrooms will be gutted and built as new. The atrium will receive all new finishes as well as replacement of existing handrails with new, modern glass rail system. The existing kitchen and serving area will get new equipment and finishes. The addition of a Starbuck’s coffee shop will finish the upgrade to the kitchen and servery.
