The SRO Interior Renovation project consisted of ten phases of work that took place in a 24-hour occupied building over a two year duration. The building received completely new infrastructure for electrical, data and lighting control systems. Each quadrant of the building received a new coffee hub and all new furniture and finishes.
State of the art conference rooms and training rooms were equipped with monitors and cameras for live conferences and training. The entire sanitary sewer system was replaced and the existing bathrooms were gutted and built as new. The atrium received all new finishes as well as replacement of existing handrails with new, modern glass rail system. The existing kitchen and serving area received new equipment and finishes. The addition of a Starbuck’s coffee shop finished the upgrade to the kitchen and servery.
